Sansaara Saaram Bhujagendra Haaram
Sadaa Vasantam Hridayaa Ravinde
Bhavam Bhavaanii Sahitam Namaami
I salute to that Ishwara (Shankar),
along with Bhavani (Parvati),
who is as white as camphor,
who is an incarnation of compassion,
who is the essence of this world,
who wears a serpent around his neck,
and who is ever present in the lotus abode of our hearts.
